Do I need an ID PaaS account to use the app?
ID PaaS Capture is most useful when paired with an ID PaaS data format workflow so you can upload your exported CSV. You can still use the app to capture data and export files.
Where is my data stored?
Data you capture in the app is stored on your iPhone until you export it. Exported CSVs and associated photos/signatures are handled according to your organization’s processes when you move them into IDPaaS or your internal systems.
Is the app really free?
Yes. ID PaaS Capture is a free companion app to the ID PaaS service from GET Group North America. There is no separate per device app charge from us.
Who is the app intended for?
